1. Program Overview
The Deferred Payment Plan allows customers to purchase products by making a initial deposit followed by weekly installments. JLuxe Boutique will hold the item in safe-keeping until the balance is paid in full.
2. Deposit Requirements
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of purchase to initiate the agreement:

The remaining balance must be paid in equal weekly installments over a period of 7 consecutive weeks following the initial deposit.

Failure to complete payments within the allocated

If a customer is unable to make a scheduled weekly payment,
they must email JLuxe Boutique to request a one-week deferment.

8. Consignment Option
If a customer wishes to sell an item purchased through this plan,
they must enter into a separate Consignment Agreement. The customer
will be charged the standard boutique commission percentage for the
sale of the item, identical to any other consignor.
9. Agreement Execution
A separate, signed contract is required for each individual product
held under a Deferred Payment Plan.
